[BODYSLIDE] Help with converting

I would like to get the yoga teacher outfit in my game with CBBE HDT body, I think I have found all the necessary files, but I understand anything at BodySlide

* Download the first file (from nexus) and install

* Download the second file and install (alternatively, you can pull it from the original location here)

** If installing the second mod prompts to overwrite any files from the first, select yes.

* Open Bodyslide (if you don't have it, get it from nexus here)

**Run bodyslide, building the Yoga outfit with your body preset.  If you don't understand this, I would look up tutorials on how bodyslide works.  They are available on the Nexus page under the description.

I have BodySlide, but how do I build the outfit with my body preset? I don't understand the part with BodySlide
