The mod is downloaded from the "Downloads - Sexlab Framework" forum and step 5 of the installation instructions for the mod is to download the latest version of Sexlab (should also say to install it but doesn't - lol). Those two things should pretty much tell you that not only are they compatible but Beeing Female REQUIRES it.
