Different head_msn and Body_msn Neck seams

Dont suppose its possible to remove the neck seams between a different head_msn(Fairskin) and Body_msn(Demoniac).

I kinda like the faceshape from Fairskin. But for body i prefer the Msn from Demoniac.

Is it possible to remove the Neck seam or are you forced to use the _MSN from the same texture packs?
