Dark Souls Weapon Swap Mod Link

Hello, I highly doubt it, but maybe, just maybe, someone has the Dark Souls Weapon Swap mod on their computer and willing to share it? The Reddit thread of the mod still exists but if you click on the link for the cheat table, it says that Dropbox does not have that file. I tried to search elsewhere, but without results.
