Having a very strange problem with f4se

When ever I run the f4se.exe by itself fallout 4 does not detect any of my active mods and the game runs everything vanilla. There are no errors or bugs. 

 

The only way I can get fallout 4 to play with mods is by starting the f4se through mod Organizer. But when I click on play I get an error messages that says "A component of the Fallout 4 Script Extender has stopped working" with the window that has the button to close it. If I click close on the error message the fallout 4 game will still start  anyways with all the mods seeming to work like normal except the race menu mod has blank preset box with a "$" above it but I have never tried to download or save presets so I am unsure.

 

A few months ago I had similar problem with my fallout 4 being ran through the f4se.exe not detecting mods and mods only working if I launched the f4se with mod organizer but it never had any errors or crashes. I have not tried fallout 4 in several months and have a different desktop to play my games on now so I do not know if it is a problem with my PC or if it was an update.

 

I have tried running everything as admin. I have checked my firewall settings. I have un installed and installed fallout 4 and mod organizer on different hard drives away from my operating system and checked my Archive invalidation but the error keeps happening when I try to run f4se through mod organizer. I have tried updating all mods and even tried running clean install of game with no mods installed at all and it still shows the error.

mod organizer is version 2.0.8.3

f4se version 0.0.3.0

Fallout 4 version 1.9.4.0

 

Also when I use LOOT I can update master list just fine but any changes made by the auto load order set up doesn't change anything when I repoen mod organizer.

I read some where the Skse team are working on new more updated Skse f4se . I think I read it on git hub . Not sure when the new update is coming out .

omg, you are the kind of person nmm is made for. Mo uses a virtual memory system and of course its only loading mods when you launch through it. Loot will also only work when launched from mo. Set your plugin txt to read/writeable or delete it and let it be recreated from loot

I install all mods manually for fallout 4 to make sure the directory is current and as I said I have not played fallout in some months and was not sure if steam had an update when I installed on my new desktop. I have only used the mod organizer for a short time and was assuming that it worked the same as the other programs >_>.

what most confuses me is how the f4se crashes on start up but all the mods seem to work anyways.
