Any fine individual able to translate japanese fluently?

Hi just got a small request for anyone kind enough or able to translate english to japanese, I need both the japanese symbols and english letter equivilant if possible, the phrase I want translated is this:

 

'Above the clouds the sun always shines'

 

I need a propper translation, not a machine one
