Tss... that boobs and lore-friendly.. who might have guessed. However, yes, you can recreate it yourself. It's not hard. Get a decent preset (why not try CherryHotalings new HDT enabled work), colour the skin dark blue via racemenu, add white hair.. there you go. The face isn't a masterpiece, cause all one does it stare at the cleavage.
