Create a random female NPC from a list?

I want to have a spell that let me generate a random female from a list of predefined females whose appearance I can change.

Zaz has this (in a way) with female slave templates.

just use placeatme XXXXXXX and it spawns certain random females from the game.

It allows you to add NPCs of your choice into the "Builder Library" - and then you can spawn them anywhere you want.

If you add a leveled NPC every time you spawn this NPC it has a random body.
