Savannah Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Hello I have question and yes I'm a noob when it comes to modding... Anyways the question is: How do I add new eye resources to a race correctly? (I've tried many times and failed) So if anybody could give me a step by step tutorial I'd be most grateful. Savannah PS These are the eyes I tried to add Cs eyes recources
Happysparkles Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Well one thing you want to do is get the TES construction Set. Then from there follow the pictures (Provided). I will show you with a different eye set since I am kind of lazy and full of mods X_X. When you open it you go to File.Data Uploaded with ImageShack.us You Select mod with the Race you want to give the eyes to Also do not forget to make that mod active. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Select the Mod that has the eyes (in this example I used beauty pack) Uploaded with ImageShack.us. From there click OK then it will load for a moment. You will probably get an Error of sorts just ignore it (I click yes to all) Uploaded with ImageShack.us Go to characters click it the drop down will pop up click Eyes and Races. Uploaded with ImageShack.us From here your screen should look something like this... Uploaded with ImageShack.us Then what you will do is Grab the eyes you want and then drag it to the race make sure when you select the race you want to add it to you select Body data and drag the eye you want to that data. Also make sure that playable is checked on the eye otherwise the system will just by pass it when playing. Uploaded with ImageShack.us From there you file Save or Create difference plug in if your afraid to chance possibilities of errors. Make sure it is Checked in Oblivion Data Uploaded with ImageShack.us Log in Create/ ~ Showracemenu (This will reset your states though) And Enjoy your new Eyes Uploaded with ImageShack.us Sorry for the ugly pic lol. Kind of threw it together quickly. Also note that when you make a change and it is not saved you will often see an asterisk on you entire compilation and in the piece of data that was modified.
