When disabling the SexLab

If I want to play Skyrim without any sex mods, will disabling the SexLab suffice? Would it cause any technical errors or glitches if I only disable the SexLab and without the other sex related mods?

You'll need to disable Sexlab and any mod that relies on it or on mods that rely on it. After that there's a good chance you'll still have plenty of issues if you don't start a new game or at least load a game that didn't have it installed before. Uninstalling mods during a playthrough almost always causes issues and is not really supported for most things.

When you have Sex Lab and for example "SexLab Eager NPCs" or any other Mod that requires SexLab and you disable ONLY SexLab and and not the other Mods, you become crash to desktop when launching the game at the mainmenu.
