Can anyone answere some questions about Just 4 Fun variables?

Like the title says, I am messing around with the J4Fun program, and for the life of me, I am not able to get a handle on what everything does.  I have started in the constraints window under the linear tab I believe, and I have been messing around with the x, y, and Z values.  I have tried to do one at a time and just gradual changes, but it seems like if I make too gradual changes I don't see what is going on, and then if I make big changes, everything goes haywire.  So here is my questions, for lack of more scientific words, I am assuming x, y, and z, are the "bounce" variables, in regard to IN and Out from the body, Up and down, from the ground, and side to side.  I just can't see what does what.  If someone could match up these for me I would be very appreciative.

 

My other question is.... after I mess around with these variables, increasing the movement,  the breast movement seems to take on a new life, even after the character is still, the boobs sway around for a long time, but I never touch the anything else like dampening.  So is there a way to limit the movement of the breasts after the character stops moving, or is it just a by product of messing around with x, y, and z constraints?
