Kylar9119 Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 So i was trying to figure out and learn how to use the bodyslider thing to build my own preset. It crashed before i could even figure anything out, and said something about fatal error. I thought well screw it i can try it out later. Loaded up the game to make a character. And all female races have no body at all, just a head hands and feet floating. Ive spent thye better part of an hour trying to figure it out but no luck. I could really use a hand thank you.
Alunder Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Fatal error usually occurs a few times inside BodySlide Outfit 2, but if it's occurring outside in the default interface can mean one thing: Â That you have used Outfit 2 and created a version of an armor that for some reason bugged BodySlide and since it was already in the default interface before you do the editing it will cause fatal error whenever you open the program. Â Solution: Remove the armor part file that you edited, this includes the armor folder that is in ShapeData and the .OSP reference file that is in SliderSets. Â If that is not your case. Reinstall BodySlide Outfit through NMM. Â If it still does not resolve and you do not know what armor is causing it, usually when you open the program you can see it above in the description. Install BSO manually, but back up your armors in the ShapeData, SliderPresets, SliderGroups, and SliderSets folders. Type [bACKUP] in this folder and install BodySlide manually. Â It can also be a texture problem if you happen to be using some texture mod try reinstalling through NMM.
Kylar9119 Posted March 23, 2017 Author Posted March 23, 2017 while i have you here lol, when i have to manually put the filres into bodyslide2 because i cant load it on my own, how do i figure out what goes where
Alunder Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Try to copy a new "CalienteTools" folder and put into Data, but before do what I told you, write backup on other CalienteTools. I just forgot that it may seem like I'm being half-straight, but this will resolve if any mesh of the body is missing, but still have to reinstall the texture if none of this works.
Kylar9119 Posted March 23, 2017 Author Posted March 23, 2017 alright i reinstalled bodyslider. and that didnt work. still invisible bodies.... no idea what im doing wrong lol
Kylar9119 Posted March 23, 2017 Author Posted March 23, 2017 welp i couldnt figure it out. i just deleted everything and am redowloading from square one. starting with fresh install of skyrim
Reginald_001 Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Poef.. that wasn't really necessary. You just needed to rebuild all models, using a batch build. In any case, good luck!
Kylar9119 Posted March 23, 2017 Author Posted March 23, 2017 ok so ive reinstalled everything and still no bodies... im so confused and lost
