Masters Spells cost 2600 magicka!

Hi guys. For some reason, the base magickca of all spells are higher than they should be . for example the master spell fire storm has a base cost of 2600. According to the UESP it should be at 800. I am level 81 , have 100 for destruction and have all perks . Does anyone know why this might occur?

I am not using any overhauls and i am wearing robes
