More RPG, which I assume no. Are you looking for a 3d game? Your question is so open ended that we have no idea what you are looking for.

How about sidescrolling jump & runs with pixel porn? Then "Parasite in City", "Erotic Eater", "Xenotake", "Succubus Fist" and "Kurovadis" are all pretty great. I think from these you will find the best balance between fun gameplay and good pixel porn in Parasite in City and Succubus Fist.
