Any sort of Programs that can merge mods together?

I'm not talking about Wrye Bash btw

 

I'm looking for some sort of program that can merge a bunch of mods (mostly armors and weapons mods that I've accumulated thus far) I have over 200 mods activated and I believe 60 of them are just armor mods. about 50 of them are esp files that only responsible for one set of armor or weapon. I just wanted to merge all of these esp's into one giant esp so my data folder is not so cluttered.

why not Wrye Bash?

I actually started a thread about that a while back XD. I tried this:

but it only resulted in invisible armours and missing crafting recipes. The only other solution that has worked for me was to create a new esp and add the models and crafting recipes from scratch. Its really easy, tedious, but easy.

Don't use SNIP for merging. It's not safe.
