[Request] Horse and player walking mod

I'm tired walking through town, or riding my horse down the road at a nice, immersive walk only to be passed by npc's on foot (who are walking, not running).

 

So, I'm looking for a mod or mods to adjust the walking speed of horses and the player without adjusting the run speed as well.  Convenient Horses has a mount speed option, but adjusting that to make the walk speed faster means the run speed is super fast.

Doesn't it have an option to only alter player walk and run speeds?

 

If you only want walking speeds, I'm afraid there is little as you would either change both walk and run, or change nothing by having no mod of it.

That app is just perfect for what i need.  I'm very much surprised it didn't show up on my Google search results.  I google'd "Skyrim mod to adjust horse walking speed."
