Mod Request from a newbie.

Hey there, I am totaly new to this so if this is the WRONG forum I apologize and please be kind to point me to the right one. I have been playing skyrim for awhile and seen many mod requests but never I have seen an armor from the overlord Anime. Am not a huge fun of anime but that one has an armor that I have fallen in love with. Is there any modder able to create it or at least make a try to make? The armor is really high quality as I see it and will probably need alot of custom work instead of a just recolor. The armor being Sir Momon's armor.
