Some mods just won't show up in Data with the launcher

I've been trying to mod Oblivion for awhile, but for some reason, some mods won't show up.
I downloaded the HGEC .omod, and used OBMM as instructed.
Now while it shows that the mod is installed and is coloured blue, it doesn't show up in the Data section of the Oblivion launcher, and neither does Darnified.
I've included pictures to see if that will help.

i havent play oblivion for awhile, but IIRC, body replacer mods dont have any esp, only meshes and textures. Only mod with esp listed in Data Launcher. For DArnified, it only contained ini files.

Yes if you have "HGEC Body with BBB v1.12" O Mod there is no esp, only meshes and textures.

 

Darnified some xml abnd fnt files. No esp.

 

If you have installed both mods as O Mods you will see them in OBMM in the right window , marked blue = installed. (see your first pictues. Both Mods are installed)
