Same for me. Disable SOS for Farkas and disable Werewolf in MNC fixed the crash issue, so i might be something messed uped loading issue as soon as Farkas turns back to his human form outside the player view.

Hmm interesting, might have to check the werewolves part of MNC and XPMS both.

On an unrelated note, keep any Female Werewolf mods after Seranaholic. There seems to be an issue where Seranaholic overwrites werewolf textures.

I don´t think that´s the problem. I run in my game Seranaholic, Sexlab Werewolves (for female Werewolf Textures) SoS and MNC for a long time. This problem occured the first time for me after i installed ABC and the newest XPMSE version. So i wolud set my bet on either one of those.

 

ABC (animated beast cock)  changes files from MNC and XPMSE, but not for human files, only for animals and other beasts and XPMSE is a requirement, so ABC is installed after XPMSE. Maybe that might be an issue. But i am not sure if other people here use ABC too. I think it might be more a SoS <> XPMSE thing.

I do not have ABC. In any case i said on an unrelated note i.e. it was not related to this problem per se.

 

XPMSE and MNC conflicts are clearly responsible for this particular crash.

I am on board with this. Strangly you have to deactivate the Werewolf MNC in the Mod Menu options for MNC and the schlong for Farkas in SoS Mod Menu. Just deactivate one of those will still lead to a crash.

I used to be able to get past this problem by disabling Werewolf shlong in SOS creature tab.  But that did not work in the last playtrough.  To fix it I did have to click on Farkas and remove his schlong in the player/npc tab.

Simple and working solution follows:

 1. open the console and select Aela/Skjorr before pulling the lever.

 2. pull the lever.

 3. watch fighting scene

 4. Aela/Skjorr will run to open your gate.

 5. open console before it happens and type "disable". Close the console. Open it again and type "enable".

 6. Aela/Skjorr will appear as human instead of "fake" werewolf.

 7. ...

 8. PROFIT!!!

 

P.S. Whole scene is scripted as meshless movie and works on some unknown street magic. When Aela/Skjorr running to open the gate scene is basically done and disabling so interrupting it with "disable" between "run to open gate" and "turn into human" will do no harm.

 

P.S.S. Messing with mods by disabling/enabling them, running FNIS, installing new shit because of one fucked-up-at-the-end scene is a headache to me.

Has anyone had a problem where the game crashes after encountering skeevers for the first time during the quest? Nothing to do with werewolves, usually when I'm walking down the cramped hallway it just stops working.
