[REQUEST] [SOLVED] I need help with this Chinese clothing mod, FDB (3dmgame/DADAG)

I just found the FDB set by Dadag in this old thread

Someone linked the download file as well as an English esp. 

 

Everything worked fine until I equipped one of the shoes, HDT High Heels System doesn't come into effect with any of the heels, so my characters feet are in the ground.  

 

I do some sleuthing and find at the bottom of the original page for the mod, links to an updated esp that fixes a heel problem, from what google translated I deduced that the problem was what I was experiencing, possibly?

Sadly, I cant download it. Chrome gives me a warning sign and that seems to be that.    

 

Is there a way I could fix the heel problem or could someone find me the updated esp link?

Yes the esp is for fixing the sunken heels.  Both Chrome and Firefox downloaded fine for me.
