My first "released" mod, Torchbug pet

Hi guys, long time lurker, multiple file downloader, only ever said one thing'er

 

Anyway, I have learned a LOT from LL and from Nexus, and I released this little patch to wearable lanterns ( WITH permission ) that will make your torchbug / firefly a

 

" pet "

 

instead of trapped in a jar. While I have already ( as of one day ) released this to Nexus, I wanted to share it here as I love what you guys do here and your " no restrictions " attitude. I hope you enjoy this simple mod.

Hello everyone!,

 

I am updating this thread AGAIN ( I know I seem to bump all my own posts so sorry about that ) to let you all know v.2 of this mod is out! Chesko helped me learn all about light sources and attachments, and you can now find all my original pets ( plus my new white albino one! ) in GLOWING light source versions! there are 10 pets in all, 5 glowing and 5 non-glowing versions.

 

I hope you all enjoy this mod.

Also, please LL users, I am having ahard time on Nexus, please let me know what you think about the color selection and the brightness / effect of each color. I know many of you may use the white torchbug ( the albino ) since it has the nicest and easiest to see light on the eyes ( it is the one I use for my new Angelic set! ), but I need to know about the other colors. Test them out and let me know what you think? Are they to strong? Is say red TO red? I need to know these things to make the best mod I can that is good for everyone

V2b FINAL is out.

 

Added 3 new colors, purple teal and orange, and fixed all inventory icons to match.

 

Also, imagine my surprise when I saw it was listed and translated on bbs.3dgame.com

 

I'm pretty proud of myself. Didn't think it would draw THAT kind of interest

Nice mods thank you, I really like the stand alone versions. All the colors for the standalone work well, with the purple being my favorite.
