Making your own SLAL Pack?

Is there a guide out there to making your own SLAL pack?

 

Between FunnyBizness, Leito, etc. I am nearing the max animation limit for FNIS.  I want to take all the animations I like, and merge them into 1 SLAL pack, thus ridding Skyrim of the animations I have no desire to use and freeing up more FNIS space.

I must say, holy cow is adding animations to Sex Lab a chore.  Just look at xlovers - toss the ini and animations in the folder and you were done.  So much more to do in Sexlab when it comes to adding animations.

 

But, I now know how to add animations to Sexlab!  I was having issues with some of the Draugr animations no appearing, so I made my own pack, and poof they all work again!
