The guy of the dwarven mods from Nexus.

 

I think he is japanese and don't understand english, I need his permission to use some of his assets in a follower mod I made, I left a comment in several of his mods pages but he did not answer any and he can't recieve pms.

I assumed it's ok to upload my mod, since he says in almost all of his mods that's ok to use his assets as long as you credit him, but I don't want to risk a ban on Nexus over this.
