Game stutters when wearing certain armors/clothing

I know these sets are have high textures

but I reduced them tremendously with Ordenator  (like 3x less)

 

still the game stutters a bit (stutter then lose 3-5 frames) every 2/3 seconds

exactly when wearing these sets (usually the torso)

 

I am using UUNP

pureskin textures/pride of vahalla maps

i imagine they have too many polygons that

your system's ram, gpu, or cpu cant handle
