Any way to spawn NPCs early?

Sometimes I want to make some pics involve certain characters that typically don't appear until a certain point in a questline.  Serana, Valerica, Karliah and others.  Normally I have to complete the appropriate quests up until the point they appear to use them.  But is there a way to spawn them early without doing the quests?

 

I know there's the "moveto" command that I can use to move NPCs to my location.  But it doesn't work for the aforementioned characters.  I once tried it with Iona before I completed the Riften Thane quest and she didn't appear.  Is there a console command or a mod that will spawn them early?  A way I can use the "moveto" command to summon them and maybe move them into a home until I need them?  Or am I stuck doing the quests?

But not sure what happens when you spawn them and then play normally.

Only use it for screenshots, not normal play.

 

moveto takes the existing actor and moves it, placeatme creates a new one. You can even spawn yourself.

Thanks.  Gave this a quick test and it looks like it will work for my purposes.
