Windbrand Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Skyrim v1.5.x crashes when loading ANY save, I have no idea why. I was playing normally this morning, I didn't even turn off my computer. I've added no new mods nor did I change any files, but this afternoon when I launched Skyrim it crashes. Starting a new game works though. The "sound fix" is inapplicable but I checked it anyways, it's set at the correct setting. jancicc Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 those starting entries are left from deleted mods. if u load a save which contains deleted mod it loads some left info from mod too. none of these are familiar to me so cant help much. try to disable all mods and then run
creeposaurus Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Do you by any chance havea mod installed that affect the Blades Quest? Like the mod "The Paarthurnax Dilemma" or something like that?
Windbrand Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 Nope I don't have any quest mods installed. I'm more of a costumes/skins person, so I got lots of armor/skins (sanhoshin save)/weapons mods. But these didn't cause any trouble before, when I was playing this morning I saved and exitted in Winterhold jarl's longhouse. But like I said none of the saves work now for some reason, so the location where I saved the game shouldn't really matter.
creeposaurus Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Sounds like you're either missing scripts or they're corrupted. Try verifying the integrity of your game cache.
