Unfortunately, that's not an actual armor. It's just a prop a jap tumblr user made for action slideshows like this one. Sorry, I also wanted to have this as an armor.

If to be more precise, it is a combination of two mods - first from this:

The power-armor parts are from the Magnolia Follower mod,

but the cups on her breasts (named "cyborg extension") and the cyborg base frame (the thing which makes her human legs invisible, named "cbf") are from the Dwarven Bikini mod.
