Searching a mods

Hello,

 

i search a Mod but i dont remeber the name of it  and searching for it feels like searching  a needle in a haystack

 So i try to discrip it in hope someone can help me.

 

When you wear Bdsm equpment (gag etc) you can talk to Npc and then they say looks like you can use some help or this is my lucky.

 

May someone now what i searching for and it would be nice when he can give my the name of it.

Sadly cursed Loot is not the mod i searching for other ideas ? someone?

For example my Charakter make only mphh and the the riddle start and that's is really annoying me.

I had befor the system crash somet mod how overwrite this and I get direct to the Szenario I discrip in the top
