Well, found her OK. I can't recruit (no dialogue boxes) and I do have Unlimited Companion Framework.

Also, no lip sync even on the one or two words she says.

 

So she's pretty much broken as a follower. Her ESP has no Package, no Quests or dialogue or anything.

 

She looks great. But... I've had to take her from game for now.

 

If you have a chance to complete this follower - honestly it would be a seriously cool mod!
