(you need the newest version from github, not the one built into MO, it will need to be added to MO as an executable) does anything overwrite the XPMSE skeleton?? (unless the individual mod page explicitly states it nothing should overwrite the XPMSE skeleton, even there I would be careful) if you want to do load order by hand (most do not) - do you know what each mod changes and what order changes should be placed in? a page to help with basic understanding for hand load orders is http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Load_oreder_and_you the link provided is for Fallout New Vegas but with some adjustments can work for Skyrim also (LOOT is by far easier and faster than hand doing it) I HIGHLY recommend using LOOT it is much easier to use than doing hand and the latest version work real well overall. do you have crash fixes installed? (I did not see it but may have missed it) one other thing left pane of MO (load order of mod) should be as close as possible to right pane (plugins and ESM/ESP files) finally what exact issues are you having ?? what is happening CTD (if so where and when does it crash)? freeze? that information would be helpful to figuring out what is wrong.

Of course I use loot, and to my knowledge nothing overwrites XPMSE. Also it doesnt seem to matter where it crashes. Its just random. Sometimes it like to cherry pick locations where it wants to crash. For example I reload the save and if I go into that place it will crash again. Also, what crash fixes are you talking about?

( I have enough mods to actually break that in the AS-LAL start cell - ouch) big thanks to Wretched Scum for pointing out the possible problems with FCO (that just might explain the crash I sometimes have just started having, sigh I just added that in the last week) some other notes 1 - while LOOT does do a very good job overall, somehow it still does not quite get everything right (example MNC, the extra ESP files are almost but not quite perfect in the latest version, it still puts the DB before the DG files which is the wrong order for those 2 ESP files according to the MNC main page). that one seems to work fine for some people and not for others in that order. so a check (or recheck) of any mod with special requirements or load order issues (ugghh I keep having to do just that) would not hurt 2 - have you made a bashed patch ? (even if you do not keep it) the reason I ask is Wyre will give a missing master error if there is a missing or out of place master file (that error has saved me quite a few times when I try to squeeze something in, stupid me placing files in the wrong spot, before its master). 3 - 2 additional files I got off nexus that may be of some help would be safety load (help prevent freezes due to running out of memory, mainly video), and cell stabilizer (can help with cell stability issues) have helped me previously (and I have them now because they do not hurt anything in my setup even if they are less helpful that when I first found them). 4 - some graphics cards have issues with Skyrim's water clarity (cannot see underwater) but the Greenwater Fix (also from nexus) helps most that have that particular issue (mine does). I am guessing yours does not or you would have mentioned it. I attached my current mod list and load order for reference. I usually get almost no crashes (other than a htd related one I have yet to figure out, but at least that on I know what it is after the fact) average for me is roughly 1 ctd in first 10 minutes or so if it happens then 4-20 hours clean, basically as long as I play at a time provided I do not do something that I know can cause a crash, like saving during a Captured Dreams quest at a spot you are not supposed to save at (that one sure is user error), up until the last week or so when it went up to averaging 1 per 3-4 hours) the only 4 mods I added in the last 2 weeks or so (not upgraded just added) are Mirai the Girl with the Dragon Heart follower, Mrissi follower (both custom voiced so I did not try to merge them), FCO, and Stynja (house mod to replace Whiterun Serendipity until it is fixed). anything with Valcon for the beginning name is a merged mod with from 5-50 different plugins in it (mostly weapon/armor or vanilla voiced npcs or vanilla voiced and ai packaged followers). i'm sorry I was not able to help more p.s. the Crash Fixes, Safety Load, and Cell Stabilizer mods do not take a ESM/ESP slot at least. edited to fix typos edit 2 sigh ..smack me I missed seeing you have Safety Load. loadorder 02162017.txt modlist 02162017.txt
