The Wasteland Cloth Collection in the DL section of this Adult Mods area has almost all of these clothes/armor shown in Teknohed's blog.

 

DL the mod, follow the little Temple Shop signs in Goodsprings by the gas station, and once inside the shop, the basement section (boxes in the back) holds many of the ones you're looking for.
