wet and cold

There is a mod called wet and cold. when a character walks out of water, they drip.

 

I want a mod where the player constantly drips EXACTLY the same way as in the wet and cold mod but without a time limit as I am trying to create a slime/jellow character

Perhaps Wetfunction can be tweaked so it doesn't stop? Not sure.
