WickedWhims not acknowledging another sim for sex interactions

When I click on another sim or object and select wicked, no matter what I choose, it says no sims available for ___ animation. Any ideas as to why and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated lol

I have gotten this before for two reasons:

 

there are are actually no animations related to what type of animation you are wanting to run.

 

or

 

you have too many WW actions already going on

I usually have to greet the sim first. Hope this helps
