LoversEncounter ... What is it and what's it do?

During my usual browsing of Shy Uploader, I've found something labeled "Lovers Encounter 1.03". I've never seen it before and I have no idea what it does.

I know the PK Merged project has it installed (though I don't use it due to the fact that I don't like MBP. It just screws up Race Ballancing project for me.) And I've seen it mentioned in loadlists when I searched for it on these forums (but I didn't find any download for it other than the shy link I just posted)

 

Does anyone have any idea what it does?

 

 

When translated to english via google chrome's auto translator (which can be a very rough and haphazard translation.) it translates out to "breeding activities to the NPC outside the screen every day Loversencounter v1.03"

 

So is it like joburg or something?

LoversEncounter is a mod, intended to work with TamagoClub, to ensure that NPC's also get pregnant, not just the PC. I don't know the details, but that's it's function, at least.

Google said it cant find the link "site does not exist" i want to download this because i have Tamago/Hiyoko and would like to have npc's preggo any idea where i can find another? i swear i've seen it before..
