raptor4d4 Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Hey there. I'm having weird stability issues and could use some advice. At least I think it's stability. Forgive me if I'm using the wrong term. I do have a problem with CTDs. I've tried cleaning up my load order to minimize it. Not sure if I'm not removing the right mods or what but I still struggle with it. Going to do another sweep soon to hopefully improve on it. Also got some weird glitches with water and audio graphics. Most times when I'm near water, especially running rivers, the water textures seem to "blink" and the running water sounds stutter as well. I've got Realistic Water Two installed. Could this be causing it? It used to work just fine but I've really noticed this problem kicking in after I moved to a new gaming rig. Could my new video card be causing these problems? Also have a weird problem with physics. I open a door. The room I'm trying to enter has lots of plates and stuff scattered around. But when I open the door all of it suddenly goes flying around the room. And sometimes when I try walking through a door it's like some invisible force keeps pushing me back. Most times I'm able to push through eventually but one time when I crossed the threshold I fell through the floor and had to reload a save. Don't know what has triggered this. Below are my system specs. Attached are two load order files. V1 is my current load order and V2 is an updated one I'm planning to switch over to. I want to use a new body type (UUNP) so I'm moving to an updated and cleaned up load order with fresh saves. If you see any flaws in the new one, please tell me! OS = Windows 10 Home Version 1511 Graphics = ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 CPU = Intel Core i7 6800k RAM = Ballistix DDR4 32 GB HDD = Toshiba X300 HD 5TB SSD = Samsung 850 Pro 512GB Motherboard = Gigabyte Intel X99 Cooling = Hyper 212 EVO Power Supply = Supernova 750 G2 750 Watt Gold Power Supply loadorder v1.txt loadorder v2.txt
lurkalot Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 You have dread prison its causes ctds . You need to merge using tes5edit . You need Wyre bash . BETHINI . Look on youtube for either Gopher or gamerpoets vid.s .

valcon767 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 only thing I see that I know is if you are going to use SLAL you really do not need NSAP (all of its animations are available in SLAL packs).
raptor4d4 Posted February 6, 2017 Author Posted February 6, 2017 only thing I see that I know is if you are going to use SLAL you really do not need NSAP (all of its animations are available in SLAL packs). Are they? So I can just uninstall NSAP and SexLab will take care of the rest? And a new issue just developed. Well, semi-new. Just to test things out I started a new save with that updated load order from before with a couple of small tweaks. Now in this save whenever I try to enchant anything my FPS drops to almost nothing. My FPS counter only showed 7 FPS. The only time this happened before was when I installed the Jaxonz Renamer mod. The only mod I can think of similar to that is the Manipulator. Any idea what typically causes a problem like this?
Morferous Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 It looks like you are using Mod Organizer. You have posted your load orders, but not resource priorities. Have you sorted your left panel resource priorities as well? With NMM and Workshop, BSA archives including resources (meshes, textures and most importantly scripts) are loaded at the same time with ESP and ESM files. Loose files distributed outside archives will overwrite files with similar names and win all conflicts against archived files. Mod Organizer attempts to treat all files as loose files. Resources from mod folders are not loaded with ESP/ESM files. They are loaded according to order in left panel. The ones low on panel have highest priority and they will win conflicts against files above them. If you have not sorted your resource priorities in MO, then try to match mod folders to same order with plugins in your load order. They do not always need to match 100%, but setting them that way at least once would give you the most stable grounds to manage them in future. What comes to flying objects, then that is usually related to FPS exceeding 60 at times. Easiest way to limit it would be setting FPS limiter active from enblocal.ini file. ENBoost is highly recommended, even if you would not use any ENB preset, making it the most convenient file to cap the FPS. I will subscribe to this thread to see further responses and possible questions.

Is there a fast way to sort them or is clicking and dragging the only way? Because my load order list includes just my active mods. I have several inactive ones installed that I'm saving for future playthroughs. My FPS is usually at around 120 to 140. I'll look into setting the FPS limiter. I think I do have ENBoost already installed though. The ENB I'm using is Opethfeldt.

MO has a sorting tool for that, but it gets notoriously confused about certain mods and is very likely to mess things up even further. Manual sorting is the only way to do this. That is the tedious part. The stable part is that you do not usually need to touch that list, once you have set it up correctly. Updating mods does not require order of installation (like NMM does for loose files). Instead you will simply move the new mod folder to replace the old one, unless mod author has changed something that would require a new position in resource priorities. Can you see those lightning bolts in MO left panel? They present a conflict. +/- signs present if mod is winning or loosing conflicts. You can see these conflicts by double clicking the mod folder to open it and checking under Conflicts tab. Sort it to match with your load order at first. That gives you a stable ground for future work with MO left panel. Sad that you didn't knew this sooner, but hopefully you can get it sorted out. I will remain subscribed to this thread. If you already have ENB, then your enblocal.ini should have LIMITER section. Set EnableFPSLimit=true. FPSLimit=60.0, or 59.7. In some cases the lower number is more stable.
raptor4d4 Posted February 7, 2017 Author Posted February 7, 2017 Damn. That's over 150 mods I have to sort. I'll work on that. I've turned on the limiter. I'm going to boot up Skyrim to see what it does.

Thanks for the tips about Sexlab. I'm uninstalling the Manipulator and any other mod that might change names. Not worth it for a problem like this. FPS limiter seems to be working. Creating some odd stuttering but hopefully it will prevent CTDs and other issues. Another problem I'm seeing now. I'm switching from CBBE Bodyslide to UUNP Bodyslide. Got a mod installed that replaces all female outfits and armors with sexy variants. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69562/? But I'm getting an odd problem like you see in the pics attached. Normally this happens when I try using an outfit with a different body type than what it was designed for. But this mod is specifically for UUNP and I used batch build in Bodyslide Studio. Is it the body type or could it be the skin textures?
raptor4d4 Posted February 9, 2017 Author Posted February 9, 2017 Still having the problem I'm having in my last post. Regarding the armor replacer. But what's strange is that the problem only exists for other NPCs. Not my character at all. What could be causing this?
