This is in the comments section from the Youtube page. Can't say for sure though, just skimmed the mod page and didn't see anything specific about the amulets having HDT.

I was told by the guy on youtube this is the mod, II am guessing I also need to download the HDT meshes or something, I am in the midst of testing
