Guest Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 I reinstalled skyrim (I was having a similar problem) mod organizer, skse, enb, etc. all the utility stuff, usleep and alternate start. I wanted to see if everything was working fine and I created a character, went to whiterun, did some stuff for a bit, saved and quit. I started the game again and after the bethesda logo, it crashed. Second time, it crashed when I tried to load. Third time, it loaded just fine. After that, I tried again for about 5-6 times and out of that many tries, it crashed once. I unchecked the mods from the left pane in mo and crashes happened just the same. I don't think this is supposed to happen and I couldn't find anything related to my problem. My specs are: gtx 1080, i7 6700k, 16gb ram, w7 Also, I reinstalled the game from a steam backup which was backed up without changing anything. The version I had before reinstalling was downloaded because I forgot about the backup.
Heroine HoneyCrotch Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Im assuming that when you say enb that your talking about enb boost? I remember reading that some user have to use the injector version(that might be for shuttering issues) i know one time i tried a newer version of the enb series, for the boost, and i would crash. I reverted back to previous enb series file to fix that.
