Add-on mod for Defeat? Are there any mods out there that allow surrendering to creatures like Falmer?

There's an option in Defeat for that. Make sure that Creature assault is checked (look in "Player as victim"). Default surrender button is K.

 

 

You can also try SexLab Submit which also has creature support. Per default, it's not active (Level 0) but Level 1 offers what you want.

 

 

Defeat and Submit kind of mix their functions but they do work together and you can install them both.

Huh, Thanks! In the meantime I added like 3 mods to my game so I'll be having fun with that too.
