Well.. there is Radiant Prostitution 3.2.2, which is basically that (though it's kind of buggy). But that mod feels immersive only to a point, it eventually involves "home deliveries", "soldier camp quests", and some over the top beast stuff (all content which is not optional), also that mod isn't being worked on anymore. So if you're like me, and are just looking for something light and immersive, you're out of luck. I suggested the above mod because it would add some other stuff in as well, and it's basically done from that standpoint.
