What I end up doing is to have the sim with stuck cum is have them take a shower, then pause game once the sim in showering.

 

Select the cum faced sim and then change outfit, delete the outfit with the stuck cum.  Hopefully you have more than one outfit on that sim.

 

Click one of the other outfits that are still fresh with a clean face, copy that outfit and make a copy and dress it the way you want to .

 

Close the change outfit screen and when sim is done showering and they get dressed, their face is clean.

This has been happening to my game a lot.  Everyone appears normal with cum on them but when I quit and come back those Sims are half invisible.

 

I tried globally removing the cum with the console command but it didn't help, then I tried removing all the sweat the same way but still half invisible sims that I know had a good time last game session.

 

The trick brought up earlier in the thread to Disable the cum system, save/quit to menu and load back resolves it every time though.

 

It would be nice if the game could load these painted characters correctly or there was an in-game way to wash it all off of them.
