easiest way to select a few objects from a mod?

i want to select the riekling objects in immersive creatures and remove everything else. i want them to spawn though. i think you just need the lvled list. is there a way to do this on tesvedit?

short answer = yes, but it can be a bitch to do sometimes.

if i remember well, there wasn't a good way to know which asset was from which esp with tesvedit
