Become a Vampire

Hello guys, i want to become a vampire.
when i let vampire attack me he dont infect me after 30min.
i tried player.addspell 000b8780 it gives me infect it says but in magic i dont have that
player.setrace (type in your race)racevampire it makes me vampire like but no spells etc... i can add them but its not like normal vampire.... some help how to fix it ? sorry for bad eng

try Better Vampires, but there is a mod on LL that allows you to become vampire by simple talking to them, dialog itself leads in to the bed (if you know what i mean) so sexlab is needed

but i dont remember the mod, it could be SexLab Stories or SexLab Devious Stories i cant remember but you can try "Better Vampires" it have a function to reinfect you with Sanguine Vamprism

What vitya4679 said, I'm using Better Vampires 7.95 right now, combine it with Live Another Life and you can start as a vampire.

If you're serious about playing a vampire you would want one of the vampire overhaul mods.  I like BV myself too, but Vampiric thirst has its fans.

 

Better vampires can turn you into a vampire from the MCM menu and the Solutions mod has the dialog option for infection from friendly vampire NPCs.

 

If you are not being infected by combat, your disease resistance might be too high. That or you're a werewolf, or there is some bug preventing it.

 

Live Another Live does have several vampire starts, some included and some from the New Beginings mod (also on the Nexus). Skyrim Unbound I think has a vampire option but you're better off just starting someplace and using BV or VT's MCM to turn yourself.

 

One last thing you could do if you wanted to test disease resistance and vampire changing... the blood spring in Redwater Den (look in the Rift near Shor's stone or check wikis) will infect you with the vampire disease and 2-3 others when you use it. Fight or cheat your way down there and use the spring. See if you get infected with anything.
