I added a bunch of dragons to the all dragon leveled list and I wanted to test whether they were added. Is there a way to do this with the console and spawn them?

If you know their names, you can do the 'help "[dragonname]" in the console. I'm pretty sure that returns RefIDs. Bit tedious though.

I don't know if you can get RefIDs from Tes5Edit, but it's worth having Tes5Edit as a utility anyway.

i think he is trying to test the leveled list, not the dragons themselves.

the only way i know how to do that is to run around in skyrim for 6 days in real time :(

dragonname is the name of the object? The name is something like EncDragonDuplicate002

I also put monsters manually, can I test them too this way? I also thought about spawning the NPCs I added. You see I added new monsters in the leveled list.
