Help need by a startet Project

Hello out there,

 

when is a topic for thinks like this please moved it in there.

 

I try to make a Horse mask mod a 3D model its done.( Honestly i dont no if it works) 

 

But now the problem starts

 

Its a Blender datei i now i have to get it a nif, datei thats not the problem.

 

Its more how to rigg it on bones and make it use able ect .  

 

The blender file is attached 

 

it would be very nice and great when someone can help with this problem Sorry for my bad english :/
