Sims not moving their mouths is I think confirmed to be a bug in the game and it is going to be fixed most likely with an upcoming update.

When I develop WickedWhims I almost never use any other mods with it and this way I am sure that if there is an issue it could be caused either by the mod or by the game. This means that if there are no issues for me, the issues you have are either caused by the game, other mods or broken save.

Obviously, that doesn't exclude issues with WW, but if I can't confirm them then most likely it isn't an actual issue with the mod.

1. Always check for other mods updates, even CC clothing can cause issues, especially additional mods for WW.

2. Try cleaning your save. Go to 'saves' folder and remove the 'WickedWoohooMod' folder. Then remove the mod itself from the 'Mods' folder, turn the game on and save it. That will create a save without anything affecting it. You will lose additional WW data, but that may fix your problems.

Having a clean save and installing WickedWhims on it should prove that issues you have are either caused by other mods you have or a bug in the mod.
