Seperate controls for freecam (control player character in freecam)

I was wondering is it possible to control your player character while in free fly cam or is there a mod?

I want to be able to set the camera to a particular place, then be able to move the player character independently from the free fly camera.

 

I appreciate the effort but I don't think this mod binds control keys to the player model and not the free fly camera.
