A mod idea for handling player inventory between all mods

I have an idea but don't know how to make it happen so I am posting it here if someone knows how to make it work or maybe it was made already? Basically this mod would handle all the player inventory between all major sex mods or any mods that take things away from the player so all player stuff would go into a box in riften or some other seedy place where an npc would be in charge of returning it to the player so the player gets a notice from a courier or a pop up menu happens and the player is informed or given a clue how to get their stuff back. The player goes to this npc and has to pay a fee for their stuff either in gold or in sex or something to the npc to get it all back. Depending on the mods installed the player could also pay by submitting to a temporary role such as prostitute or whore etc at the nearby inn to pay the fee and get their stuff back so basically this npc is some kind of town or city employee like a tax or assayer's office so if the player submits to be a whore or prostitute at the local inn the money is collected by tax or fee later on from the inn owner. This means the inn owner has to pay that and still turn a profit so the player will be whored out for a long time before getting their stuff back:-)

 

If the player is a thane of the hold or city then the prices are reduced and some other stuff could happen between player and jarl or jarl's court room like forced exotic dancing if there are mods for that I dunno. Just wanted to throw this out there because I am sure I'm not the only one that is sick of their inventory going into limbo by mods that have no way of getting it back.
