Skyrim CTD leaving Whiterun to fight first dragon

Hi folks, I'm having some problems trying to troubleshoot this CTD, and it's really interfering with my first playthrough of the game.  When I leave Whiterun to go battle the first dragon at west tower, I constantly CTD when I'm running past the Khajit camp and encountering a small group of people just beyond on the road.  attached is *hopefully* the crashdump analysis I managed to get done.

I've also attached a list of the mods that I am using. (nothing too crazy I think.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've let this game languish for far too long!

**Edit** Additional info

SKSE Version 1.07.03

Also attached zipped up Papyrus log.  I have no freaking clue to how to parse it, it looks messy as hell.

you said see come across a bunch of people try deactivating just for a try Immersive Patrols II and see if that works. i have not done that part for a while because i use skyrim unbound i start the quest just after that part.

I don't see Immersive Patrols II on nexus and a bing search is turning up nada.  For the record it doesn't quite look like a faction imperial/stormcloak patrol but I'll run the game again to look more closely.

**edit** the first guy I walked up to in the party was "Dawnguard"  And when I turned to look at the dog, CTD.

Bump for great justice.  So I started a new save after uninstalling every mod and reinstalling them (great troubleshooting steps I know, and I'm now crashing in Helgen during the run to the keep.  I'm starting to wonder if it's one of the immersive creatures/weapons/armor/patrol mods that's triggering the crashes.  I've attached a new crashdump log to see if there's anything similar in the crashes.
