[Mod Idea]CAT'S eyes - A overall brothel mod

Hello everyone, happy 2017.
 
The CAT'S eye was a mod that I've thought for quite a long time. At first I just planed for a mod that combine the skrim mod "Animal Massion","Radiant Prostitution" and so on. Then I began to add some back stories. Finally, it became something quite funny though I have no time to make it true. So I write it down for discussion.
 
1,The CAT'S Eye
 
As you see the title is from a very old comic, in which the three sisters ran a cafe in daytime and stole paintings in the night.
 
The mod has a quite similiar setting. "CAT'S Eye" is a motel near the Bunker hill. Three sisters (Catherine, Angelia and Teresa) are its owners. There are also some beautiful waitresses working in it. Above the ground "CAT'S Eye" serves food, drink, beds, "room service" and so on.
 
The difference between "CAT'S Eye" and other hotels is that there is a pre-war privite vault underground. It has been changed to a theatre and brothel. Once a day the three sisters will put on a sex show.
 
2,The sisters
 
The three sisters - Catherine, Angelia and Teresa owns "CAT'S Eye". They are born prostitutes but with different fetishes.
 
2.1 Catherine
 
The eldest sister Catherine's fetish is bestiality. She has an amazing ability to attract and order different animals.
 
Catherine will provide "Animal Massion" style quests. The main quest is to find "beasts with wildness". And you can feed the beasts(with your body) or have some competive shows with her too.

When you first arrived the "CAT'S Eye", Catherine was not there. You found Angelia worring about her sister and her bestiality show. Angelia asked you you to help her. If you agreed then you could join a "dog-fight" show.

 

Yaoguai party:

After the dog show, Angelia told you that her elder sister went out for some reason. In a cave near the glowing sea, you found Catherine ... having sex with a group of Yoaguais. She invited you to join her work. Several hours later, Catherine and you finished the job, and you heart Catherine "asked" one of the Yaoguais to live in "CAT'S Eye".

Catherine was surprised that you can understand her order. So she take you to a nest of intelligent death claws. There you luarnt how to communicated with these clever beasts, and had a good time of them. After the quest a death claws followed you back to "CAT'S Eye".

 
2.2 Angelia
 
Angelia is the younger sister and her fetish is group sex. She is Bi, and she loves super mutants,too.
 
Angelia is the girl who completes the daily affairs of "CAT'S Eye". She will provide "Radiant Prostitution" style task that let you find costumers in the hotel, join sex parties outside, or something else. Angelia's show usually begin with strip dance and end with group sex .
 
2.3 Teresa
 
Teresa is the youngest sister whose fetishes is machine, robot and drugs. She like bondage and self-bondage but slavery is not her hobby
 
At first Teresa's shows are mainly about robots,and big device. Her sisters want you to explore her hobby of SM.
 
3 Back story
 

 
Stephanie, the three sisters' "mother", was the illegitimate daughter of Jake Cabot and a prostitute after the great war. Since the prostitute was Infertile  because of the radiation, Jake thought it was safe and forgot this thing.
 
Stephanie was quite normal when she was a child, unless she was much healthier than others. But after she grown up and followed her mother's job, Stephanie shows a few inhuman abilities, like attraction to all species, the the unnaturally stength and long life. She left her hometown ,toured over the wasteland, and made love with different species, then she had her daughters.
 
The whole familly lived together for quite a long time. But one day Stephanie disappear with no words. Catherine, Angelia and Teresa tried their best to find out her but failed. So they moved to their mother's hometown, established the "CAT'S Eye", hoped that someone has their mothers's clues
