I've been getting some of my female followers suddenly saying that in the subtitles. Any way to shut this text off? The text doesn't even disappear afterwards like normal subtitles it just stays there on my screen whenever I'm close to the follower saying it.

 

I don't know which mod is causing this, I was thinking maybe Defeat or Fill Her Up but I couldn't find any options that could be toggled to stop it any help would be appreciated.

the problem lies with a mod that changes behaviour and player-NPC relations.

Mostly when i get such an issue, i'd disable these mods one by one and see if this has any effect.

If it does not do anything, i'd usually disinstall my whole skyrim folder and reinstall the whole bloody thing.
